All images available on Noir Imagery are provided under a license.
You are purchasing the right to use the image—not ownership of the image itself.
What you can do
You may use the images in personal and commercial creative projects, including:
Books and ebooks
Websites and blogs
Social media and marketing materials
Editorial and storytelling use
Client work (non-exclusive use)
You may modify, crop, and adapt the images as needed for your project.
What you cannot do
You may not:
Resell, share, or redistribute the images as standalone files
Offer the images as part of any digital or physical image collection, bundle, or library
Use the images in templates, design assets, or products intended for resale or redistribution
Use the images on print-on-demand or physical merchandise for sale (including posters, apparel, mugs, or similar items)
Claim the images as your own or imply exclusive ownership
License terms
All licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable
You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer the image to another party
Each purchase grants usage rights to a single user or entity
Ownership
All images remain the intellectual property of Noir Imagery.
Purchasing an image does not transfer copyright.
Additional notes
Images are developed through a combination of creative direction and AI-assisted generation, then refined for tone and consistency.
